Timothy A. Sullivan focuses his practice on general liability matters. He has experience in toxic tort defense, premises liability defense, general casualty defense, and commercial litigation.

Timothy has participated in numerous oral arguments in the Delaware Superior Court and the Delaware and Eastern Federal District Courts and has successfully argued before the Delaware Supreme Court.

In addition to managing GRSM’s Delaware office and practice, Timothy represents clients in Pennsylvania and New Jersey to provide Mid-Atlantic representation for clients in toxic tort matters.

He has worked at all levels on behalf of clients and understands the broader needs involved in vigorously defending his clients’ interests.

As a graduate of the University of Notre Dame, Timothy believes strongly in giving back to the community and is active in both legal and non-legal community service work.
