Timothy H. Campbell focuses his practice on employment, education, and commercial litigation matters. Timothy represents public entities and private clients in a wide range of civil litigation matters, including civil rights, personal injury, employment law, wrongful death, and sexual abuse cases. He routinely practices in state and federal courts.
- Miller v. Monroe School District, et al. – Obtained a defense verdict for Monroe School District and individual district employees in a federal jury trial involving allegations of federal civil rights violations and state law claims, including negligence.
- Creer Legal v. Monroe School District – Obtained summary judgment dismissal in state court on claims alleging violations of the Washington Public Records Act.
- M.P. v. Federal Way School District – Obtained summary judgment dismissal in a case involving allegations of race and gender discrimination, free speech violations, and unlawful search and seizure related to an assault on school grounds and subsequent discipline.
- Williams v. Federal Way School District – Obtained dismissal under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(c) in federal court involving allegations of civil rights and Section 1983 violations.
- Padilla v. Kent School District – Achieved a multi-million-dollar arbitration victory for a school district arising from allegations of wage nonpayment.
