Bianca Evans is an Associate based in the GRSM Philadelphia office and is a member of the Commercial Litigation practice group. Her primary focus lies in the defense of organizations facing class actions and other litigation related to data privacy.
Before joining GRSM, Bianca practiced at a nationally renowned law firm in Philadelphia. There, she worked closely with clients, assessing and mitigating cyber risks, facilitating incident response preparedness, and assisting in responding to data security incidents. Her expertise extends to helping clients with data breach notification obligations and risks arising from business email compromises, ransomware attacks, and other data security incidents.
Bianca's educational background includes a B.A. in Criminal Justice and a certification in African-American studies from the University of Maryland, College Park, where she graduated in 2011. After graduating from the University of Maryland, Bianca gained valuable experience working for several years at the U.S. Attorney's Office in New Jersey and Washington D.C. in the National Security and Cybersecurity practice groups. Subsequently, she pursued her legal education at Temple University, Beasley School of Law. During her time in law school, Bianca actively participated in Moot Court, served as the Corresponding Secretary of the Black Law Students Union, and worked as a fellow at Temple University's Institute for Law, Innovation, and Technology.
