Daniel Fix is Senior Counsel in the firm's Westchester office. His practice focuses on Commercial litigation, defense of high exposure claims, employment matters and provide a comprehensive range of legal services in the representation of commercial entities, municipalities, and individuals, including business dispute resolution, employment related matters, and real estate based litigation. Daniel has experience representing developers and utility companies on land use and development matters on permit/approval applications before municipal boards.
