David R. Garner is Sr. Counsel in the Salt Lake City office of GRSM and is a member of the Commercial Litigation Practice Group. Mr. Garner has experience in general and complex civil litigation, including product liability defense, business tort, construction defect, breach of contract, professional liability, wrongful death, personal injuries, and employment matters. Mr. Garner has participated in many massive construction lawsuits representing both general contractors and subcontractors. In his labor and employment practice, Mr. Garner has successfully defended many cases in front of the UALD, EEOC, and in state and federal courts. Mr. Garner also provides HR and other labor and employment consulting services.
