Hayley Friedman is an associate attorney in the Houston office of GRSM. She is a member of the Employment Law group where she focuses on assisting employers with administrative charges before the EEOC, the Texas Workforce Commission, and the Department of Labor, as well as defending employers in state and federal court. She has experience defending claims under Texas Commission on Human Rights Act, Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, and the FLSA.
Prior to joining GRSM, Hayley gained valuable litigation experience representing individual and business clients in personal injury, premises liability, and products liability disputes. Over the course of her career, Hayley has represented clients from case inception to conclusion, handling all stages of litigation, from numerous depositions, hearings, mediations, and jury and bench trials.
