Hunter T. Edmonds is an Associate in the Indianapolis office of GRSM where he primarily serves as defense counsel in complex commercial and insurance litigation cases. A significant portion of his practice includes defending corporate entities in cases involving breach of contract, employment discrimination, and negligence claims. Additionally, Hunter has defended against lawsuits that have been brought under various consumer protection statutes, such as the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Hunter has experience representing clients at all stages of litigation in both federal and state court.
Hunter graduated cum laude from the Indiana University McKinney School of Law. In law school, Hunter was placed on the Dean’s List and awarded the Cali Excellence for the Future Award for his legal writing and analysis. Outside of the traditional classroom, he worked in the Civil Practice Clinic where he fully represented indigent clients in criminal expungement cases. Hunter joined GRSM during his second year of law school and continued to work as a law clerk until he was admitted to the bar.
