Joseph J. Huprich is a Partner in the San Diego and Los Angeles offices. His practice focuses on employment and labor law issues, commercial litigation, and construction disputes. For more than 25 years, Mr. Huprich has represented a variety of private and public entities, business owners and individuals.
Mr. Huprich’s employment practice includes defending single plaintiff and class action cases in state and federal courts, as well as claims before state and federal administrative agencies such as the Department of Fair Employment and Housing (DFEH) and California Labor Commissioner. In particular, Mr. Huprich has developed significant experience in defending employers in complex wage and hour cases, including PAGA representative actions.
Mr. Huprich earned his undergraduate degree from USC and later his law degree from the University of San Diego. After training at several prominent litigation firms early in his career, Mr. Huprich managed his own practice for 15 years prior to joining GRSM.
