Matthew Whitten is Senior Counsel in GRSM's Irvine office and is a member of the Commercial Litigation and Product & General Liability groups. He represents individuals, organizations, and insurance companies in matters related to personal injury claims, product liability, premises liability, and business litigation disputes. He is experienced in all aspects of litigation and represents clients in both state and federal court. Matthew has second chaired multiple bench and jury trials to verdict involving personal injury and real property disputes.

Prior to joining GRSM, he gained valuable experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in matters ranging from unlawful detainer, business litigation, personal injury, real property disputes, premises liability, and general liability through all stages of litigation.
