Nicole T. Lomibao is senior counsel in the Los Angeles office of GRSM and a member of the Employment practice group. Her employment litigation practice includes defending clients against claims of discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wrongful termination.

Prior to joining GRSM, Ms. Lomibao represented public agencies in employment and public works matters. She also defended financial service professionals and corporations in matters involving securities and professional liability litigation. At the beginning of her career, Ms. Lomibao worked as a Research Attorney with the Los Angeles Superior Court. She thus has substantial litigation experience, including drafting legal pleadings, handling all aspects of discovery, arguing motions, and counseling clients.
