Nikayla Johnson is an Associate in GRSM’s Employment Law practice group. Nikayla defends employers in single plaintiff actions against claims of discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, disability accommodation, whistleblower claims, and alleged wage and hour violations.
Prior to joining the firm and while in law school, Nikayla was an extern for the Honorable Justice Therese M. Stewart of the California First District Court of Appeal. She also served as the Co-Chair of UC Hastings’ Moot Court Team, Vice President of Communications of the Black Law Student Association, and Vice President of Education Surrogacy of Hastings’ Association of Youth Advocates.
