Stephanie S. Brizel is Senior Counsel in the Denver office. She is a civil litigation attorney with an emphasis in professional liability, commercial disputes, directors and officer liability, construction disputes, and insurance coverage disputes. Her experience also includes the representation of energy and utility companies.
Stephanie has extensive experience counseling and advising clients throughout the litigation process, managing all phases of discovery, establishing effective negotiation and litigation strategies, participating in alternative dispute resolution, and advocating on behalf of her clients. Her goal is to become a client’s strategic business partner to facilitate effective litigation.
Prior to joining GRSM, Stephanie specialized in complex construction litigation representing developers, general contractors, subcontractors, design professionals, and suppliers in residential and commercial construction disputes. She also has additional experience in commercial litigation, premises liability, breach of contract, and personal injury litigation.
Stephanie holds a dual citizenship with Mexico and is fluent in Spanish. This allows her to provide efficient and effective representation of Spanish speaking clients, as well as to facilitate case investigations and fact witness interviews.
