Vivian Countryman is senior counsel in GRSM' San Francisco office. Ms. Countryman is a member of the Employment Law group and represents private entities in employment matters relating to wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, and retaliation claims. In her first year at GRSM, Ms. Countryman second chaired a jury trial involving claims of harassment and whistleblower retaliation and obtained a defense verdict. 

Prior to joining GRSM, Ms. Countryman accumulated over 15 years of experience in defending and counseling business clients in a variety of complex areas including personal injury, products liability, premises liability, trade libel, false advertising, commercial law, medical malpractice, legal malpractice, insurance bad faith, and breach of contract.
