New Jersey Partner Elizabeth Lorell has been named the Chair of the Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel's Employment Practices and Workplace Liability Section for 2011. Elizabeth has served as Vice Chair of the Section since 2007, and is currently involved in other areas of the FDCC as Co-Chair of the E-Discovery Taskforce (since 2007) and Vice-Chair of the ADR Masters Project (since 2008).
