Gordon & Rees's San Diego Office Selected in Best Places to Work Survey

The San Diego office of Gordon & Rees has been selected as one of San Diego's "Best Places to Work" for the third year in a row.  The survey, conducted jointly by the San Diego Business Journal and Best Companies Group, is designed to identify, recognize and honor the best places of employment in San Diego.

The survey consisted of two parts witih the first consisting of evaluating each nominated company's workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics, worth approximately 25% of the total evaluation.  The second part, worth 75% of the evaluation, consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience   The combined scores determined the top companies and the final rankings.  Out of hundreds of companies that participated, just 85 were selected as finalists.
