Las Vegas Co-Managing Partner Robert Schumacher was recently re-elected to a third term on the Southern Nevada Disciplinary Board. His term is effective through March 2015.
The Southern Nevada Disciplinary Board, part of the Nevada Bar, is comprised of a panel of at least 35 attorneys and 12 non-attorneys who conduct screening hearings, formal, and informal hearings. Panel members act as jurors and hear the presentation of discipline cases where there are allegations of professional misconduct. Members are elected to three-year terms with a lifetime term limit of 12 years.
