He has tried cases of all kinds, including complex construction disputes, business litigation, catastrophic injury, structure failure, malpractice and insurance bad faith, in state and federal courts in Arizona and California. He has handled appeals successfully in Arizona and California state and federal appellate courts. Mr. Condrey also advises clients on how to avoid litigation and the need for his services at trial.
