The Licensing Journal Publishes Copyright Article Authored by Kara Kaplan

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani Phoenix associate Kara Kaplan authored an article "Copyright Licensing," published in the August edition of The Licensing Journal.

The article discusses the Southern District of New York's recent decision ruling that Instagram's sublicense protects against liability for the embedding of public posts. In further detail, Kaplan examines Instagram's copyright, and terms of use in licensing considerations.
