Rawl, Jr. is the Managing Partner of our South Carolina and Nebraska offices. Rawl is a litigator with broad experience in numerous areas of complex litigation including construction, class action/mass tort, environmental/toxic tort, professional negligence, health care, mortgage foreclosure and bankruptcy, and products liability in federal and state courts, as well as in arbitration. He has a recognized reputation for his defense of large national builders, product manufacturers, hospitals, and other health care entities.
Wall is an experienced trial attorney in both federal and state courts. She has been in active practice as a successful litigator for more than 35 years. She is admitted to practice in South Carolina and California and before the United States Supreme Court. She has argued multiple appeals before the South Carolina Supreme Court, South Carolina Court of Appeals, the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals, and is also certified in South Carolina state and federal courts as a mediator. She is recognized for her successful defense of professionals including attorneys, insurance agents and accountants.
