Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, the nation's first and only law firm with offices in all 50 states, welcomes Kelly Fitzgerald Canby as a partner in the firm's Carlsbad office. She joins the Commercial Litigation and Insurance Coverage practice groups.
Canby is admitted in California, the U.S. District Court, Northern, Eastern, Central, and Southern Districts of California, and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Third and Ninth Circuits and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California. She earned her law and undergraduate degrees from the University of Southern California.
