Gordon & Rees Elevates 16 to Partnership in Offices Nationwide

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani has elevated 16 attorneys to partnership. Located in offices throughout the country and experienced in a broad range of legal areas, these new partners are positioned to collaborate with our national practice groups to meet the various legal needs of our clients.

The Gordon & Rees partnership ranks now include:

Brittany T. Bihun is a partner in the Charleston office and a member of the Commercial Litigation and Construction practice group. She handles a wide variety of state and federal litigation including construction matters, insurance coverage and defense matters, contract disputes, torts, and other commercial disputes.

David E. Brezik is a member of the firm’s Commercial Litigation, Construction, Community Association Law, Professional Liability, D&O and Shareholder Litigation, Employment Law, and Environmental/Toxic Tort practice groups. Based in the firm’s Dallas office, he handles a wide variety of litigation matters for clients across the country at both the state and federal level.

Jeffrey Camhi is based in the firm’s New York office, where he focuses his practice in the areas of labor, employment, sports and entertainment.  He has significant experience representing clients in high-stakes litigations and arbitrations. He regularly represents sports agencies, agents, and professional athletes in arbitrations across the country. 

Tatiana Dupuy is based in the firm’s San Diego office and is a member of the Employment/Labor and Commercial/Business Litigation practice groups. She has litigated many matters to successful resolution and has experience in employment, professional liability, class actions, product liability, general liability, commercial litigation, toxic tort, environmental, and employment litigation matters. She has federal and state trial experience, including a long cause seven week trial.

Eric Fox is based in the San Diego office and is a member of the Employment Law practice group. He is an experienced litigator who focuses primarily on employment. His employment experience ranges from advising clients to defending them at trial. He has extensive experience working on discrimination, harassment, class action and Private Attorney General Act actions, and other claims.

Frank J. Giambalvo is a member of the Employment practice group in the New York office of Gordon & Rees. His practice is primarily focused on defending large and small, public and private for-profit and not-for-profit employers in employment litigation matters, including but not limited to employment discrimination, harassment, whistle-blowing, retaliation, wrongful discharge, wage/hour and other employment-related cases before federal and state courts. 

Brett C. Herbert is a litigator who focuses his practice on estate and trust litigation, general commercial litigation, real estate litigation, employment litigation, and community association representation. He is based out of the firm’s Williamsburg, Virginia office.

Adam J. Hiller focuses his practice on Professional Liability, Commercial Litigation and Construction Litigation. Based in the firm's Nashville office, he is an experienced litigator in federal and state courts and defends a broad array of professionals, and private and public sector clients.  He has successfully defended his clients against a wide range of claims, such as malpractice, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, and fraud.

Jennifer M. Holly is an experienced litigator and counselor, providing clients with solutions in all aspects of employment relations, including litigation, preventative counseling, and guidance. Based out of the firm's Sacramento office, she represents employers in class actions, traditional labor law, single plaintiff matters including discrimination, sexual harassment, wrongful discharge, and retaliation, workers’ compensation, trade secrets, and wage and hour violations. 

Andrew K. Lavin of the Denver office of Gordon & Rees, is a member of the Insurance and Employment practice groups. He defends insurers in bad faith and class action matters and provides guidance concerning complex coverage disputes. He also represents employers in litigation and counsels employers in ways to proactively limit potential litigation.

Alexander Marx is based out of the firm's Ontario, California office and is a member of the Commercial Litigation and Employment Law practice groups. He has a diverse litigation practice which includes transportation law, employment law, wage and hour misclassification defense, PAGA matters, Labor Commissioner hearings, business litigation, provisional remedies and attachment, class action defense and CAFA, and breach of contract matters. 

Tyler J. Moss is an accomplished business and litigation attorney, based out of the firm's Salt Lake City office. He has significant experience in corporate and partnership disputes, employment law, real estate, franchise litigation, intellectual property rights, product liability, professional negligence, and personal injuries. 

Ryan M. Poteet is based out of the firm's Washington D.C. office and is a member of the Advertising & E-Commerce, Data Privacy, Intellectual Property, and Technology Litigation practice groups. He counsels and defends advertisers, affiliate networks, lead generators, advertising agencies, and technology companies on issues involving advertising, marketing, e-commerce, privacy, social media, and intellectual property.

Justin M. Puleo has been practicing health law for over ten years and is national co–chair of the Health Care Regulatory and Transactional Practice Group. Based out of the firm's Raleigh office, his work focuses primarily in this area. He routinely manages corporate health care deals involving joint ventures (at times with private equity investment) and counsels health care providers and clinical researchers to identify and resolve regulatory compliance issues. 

Pamela S. Webb focuses her practice on the defense of negligence, breach of contract, employer/employee liability actions, and insurance coverage evaluation and defense. Based out of the firm's Nashville office, she has pursued and routinely obtained favorable settlements, judgments and verdicts through mediation, dispositive motions, bench and jury trials, and the appellate process for her clients.

Tom  A. Wiseman, of the firm’s San Diego offices, is an experienced litigator whose practice focuses on defending private and public entities throughout California in all aspects of state and federal employment law, including claims brought under the Labor Code, FEHA, CFRA, FMLA, FLSA, Title VII and ADA, among other enactments and common law theories of employer liability.
