Alex Mahler, senior counsel in the Chicago office of Gordon & Rees, presented at the Association of Lloyd’s Brokers’ (ALB) seminar held at the Chicago Cultural Center on August 14, 2012. Mr. Mahler discussed: (1) the key components of D&O and EPL coverage for Public Companies; (2) the differences between public and private D&O insurance; (3) common coverage and defense issues and recent trends in D&O and EPL. Following the presentation, the seminar featured an interactive panel discussion.
