Gordon & Rees to Present October 11 Webinar on Handling LGBT & Gender Identity Discrimination

As part of the firm’s 2016 National Employment Law Webinar Series, Gordon & Rees will hold a webinar titled “Handling LGBT & Gender Identity Discrimination,” on October 11 from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. PST.

The live, monthly webinars offer free, practical training on current and emerging employment law issues for large and small companies. Gordon & Rees attorneys provide in-house counsel, human resources professionals, payroll managers, and others with a convenient way to stay up to speed so they can make well-informed employment decisions on a day-to-day basis and avoid the expense and uncertainty of litigation.

For the October webinar, attorneys from Gordon & Rees’s Employment Practice Group will focus on handling LGBT discrimination in employment, particularly with regard to gender identity. Gordon & Rees Houston partner Laura De Santos and associate Cristina Guerrero will provide practical tips for employees of all levels, not just management and supervisors, to ensure that the workplace is as harmonious and productive as possible. A Q&A session will follow the webinar.
