Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani welcomes Andrew Johnson as a Partner in the firm’s Orange County office. He strengthens the Construction practice, expanding the firm’s presence in Southern California.
Johnson is an accomplished business litigator with a proven track record of success in both California state and federal courts. With 17 years of experience, he has recently focused on a wide range of complex business litigation matters, particularly partnership disputes, including extensive motion practice and discovery.
He came to GRSM to return to his roots in construction litigation, drawing on his unique experience across multiple states and industries to bring a well-rounded, practical perspective to his legal practice.
“I joined the firm because I saw it as an opportunity to grow and to leverage my construction background to build a strong clientele in California,” shared Johnson. “GRSM also stood out as the right place to utilize my bar memberships in Arizona and New Mexico.”
He is admitted to practice in California, Arizona, New Mexico, the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Mexico, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He earned his law degree from Arizona State University and his undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University.
