GRSM Sacramento Growth Continues with Three Partner Additions

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani’s Sacramento office has welcomed Partners Sebastian Kaplan, Ronald Minassian, and Ryan Vandernaald. Their experience in commercial, appellate and construction litigation, as well as product liability, real estate and complex injury matters, further deepens the office’s litigation bench serving clients in Northern California and nationwide.

“Sebastian, Ronald, and Ryan bring valuable experience that further strengthens our Sacramento team,” said Bobby Kalra, Sacramento Office Managing Partner. “Our continued growth gives clients a deeper bench and creates opportunities for attorneys to build their practices with the support of our national platform.”

Kaplan focuses his practice on complex commercial, intellectual property and public law disputes, particularly those involving high-stakes appellate matters. A former federal appellate clerk and experienced trial attorney, he has handled trials, arbitrations and appeals involving business torts, fraud claims, trade secret disputes and public infrastructure matters. He also advises clients on appellate strategy from the earliest phases of litigation. He is admitted to practice in California.

Minassian focuses his practice on general liability, product liability and catastrophic and traumatic brain injury defense. His experience includes professional negligence, premises liability, wrongful death, construction defect, real estate, employment and business disputes. He also brings a background in finance, real estate and manufacturing that informs his approach to representing clients across industries. He is admitted to practice in California and the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.

Vandernaald focuses his practice on general liability, product liability, auto accident, and personal injury defense.  For over 15 years, he has successfully represented and defended clients in all aspects of litigation in claims ranging from wrongful death and traumatic brain injury to property damage and construction defect matters.  He is admitted to practice in California.
