Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani welcomes back Peter Choi as a Partner in the firm’s Los Angeles office. Choi, who practiced with the firm from October 2018 to May 2024, returns to further strengthen the Employment practice and support the firm’s continued growth in Southern California.

Choi focuses his practice on employment law, representing employers in all aspects of state and federal matters, including class and representative actions involving wage and hour claims. He brings extensive experience advising and defending employers of all sizes across a broad range of industries, including hospitality, security, and transportation.

In addition, his employment practice also includes defending clients against claims of discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, defamation, and harassment, as well as advising on wage and hour compliance.
He is admitted to practice in California. He earned his law degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law and his undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California.
