Haley M. Heath is the Assistant Managing Partner for the Little Rock office. She is a member of the Healthcare, Professional Liability, Construction, Product Liability, & General Liability practices. An experienced litigator, Haley handles cases from inception through trial. She aggressively pursues her clients’ interests at every key step in the litigation process.

Haley has 15 years of successful experience defending clients in state and federal litigation. She has successfully litigated multiple multi-million-dollar cases. Haley is a general litigation attorney, defending all types of matters that come into the Arkansas office. Her specialties include medical malpractice, products liability, professional liability, premises cases, and construction defense. In addition to years of successful courtroom experience, Haley has achieved complete summary judgment and dismissals for multiple clients, eliminating the need for trial. She is also a skilled negotiator and represents her clients zealously at mediations when settlement is the best option.

Haley is an accomplished appellate advocate, having successfully represented clients before the Arkansas Supreme Court and the Arkansas Court of Appeals. Haley’s legal experience builds on years of training as a writer and advocate, including on her role as a law clerk for the Honorable Judge Bobby E. Shepherd of the United States Court of Appeals and on her role as Editor-in-Chief of the Arkansas Law Review. Haley was named one of Little Rock’s Best Lawyers for General Litigation in 2023 and 2024 by Soirée and a Mid-South Rising Star by Super Lawyers magazine in 2014-2025.
