Addison M. Thiel is an Associate in the St. Louis office of GRSM and is a member of the Environmental/Toxic Tort practice group. His practice focuses on defending corporations in matters involving product and premises liability claims arising from catastrophic injuries and wrongful death exposures to asbestos. He has experience handling cases from inception through trial, including drafting pleadings, discovery documents, motions, and depositions of both fact witnesses and experts.
Addison excelled during his undergraduate studies and earned a full-tuition merit scholarship to attend Washington University School of Law in St. Louis. During law school he was on the Dean’s List multiple times and received the CALI award for the highest grade in Lawyer Ethics. After law school, he began his law practice in environmental and toxic tort defense and also gained experience in general civil litigation and commercial litigation in the areas of premises liability and trucking and automotive law.
