Biography

Beverly Bond specializes in developing and implementing national litigation strategies based on individual client needs. Specializing in complex litigation, she represents clients on both a local and national level in toxic tort, catastrophic injury, and employment matters.

Ms. Bond serves as National Coordinating and Trial Counsel to several global corporations for their toxic tort litigation. As national counsel, Ms. Bond develops case and trial strategies, prepares and develops expert witnesses, and tries cases. She also manages client’s complex discovery by developing a deep understanding of each client’s business and customizing cost-effective discovery solutions.

She has also served as national and local counsel for industrial and commercial equipment manufacturers in both products liability and toxic tort litigation. She has tried cases in Texas, California, Missouri, and Kentucky.

Ms. Bond spent much of her early career dividing her practice between toxic torts and labor and employment litigation. In recent years, erosions of the exclusive remedy provisions of various state workers’ compensation laws provided an unusual intersection of her practice areas. Her dual experience provides her with a unique understanding of the legal arguments and risk posed by civil employer liability cases. Ms. Bond uses this experience to develop litigation and trial strategies for employer clients in high risk litigation.
