Hannah Brown is an associate in Gordon & Rees’ San Diego office. Ms. Brown is a member of the Intellectual Property practice group, working on a variety of intellectual property litigation matters, including patent, trademark, and copyright cases. Ms. Brown has experience in all phrases of litigation in both state and federal courts, as well as at the appellate level.

Prior to joining Gordon & Rees, Ms. Brown was a law clerk for two federal court judges in San Diego California, the Honorable Janis Sammartino and the Honorable Cynthia Bashant.

During law school, Ms. Brown externed for the Honorable Marilyn Huff in the United States District Court for the Southern District of California and for the Honorable M. Margaret McKeown in the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.  She also was a comments editor of the San Diego Law Review and competed in the Saul Lefkowitz Moot Court Tournament.
