Megan K. Bailey is a partner in GRSM’ Philadelphia office and a member of the Environmental/Toxic Tort, Professional Liability and Insurance practice groups where she concentrates her practice in the area of complex mass tort litigation.
Ms. Bailey has extensive experience representing steel-making facilities, chemical manufacturing companies, and numerous products manufacturers as both local and national counsel in the defense of personal injury lawsuits involving products and premises liability claims, including occupational and non-occupational exposure to asbestos and benzene. Ms. Bailey also defends insurance brokers and title agents in professional liability matters.
Ms. Bailey also focuses her practice on commercial litigation, primarily in the area of insurance coverage representing and counseling insurance companies on a broad range of claims including long-tail toxic tort, environmental, professional liability and construction defect claims.
As national counsel, Ms. Bailey effectively coordinates with local counsel across the country litigating thousands of claims to implement a winning legal strategy and collegial team approach to obtain great results for her clients.
