Varouj Arabian is the Co-Managing Partner of the firm's Ventura County office.
Varouj has spent his entire career providing comprehensive litigation services and advising clients of best practice to avoid future litigation. He has represented clients throughout the State of California in both state and federal court and has extensive experience in civil litigation including the defense of employment law matters, claims of professional malpractice and catastrophic personal injury claims. He has also assisted companies of all sizes with litigation avoidance practices and counseling.
At his prior firm, Varouj represented physicians, nurses, skilled nursing facilities, and drug and alcohol rehabilitation facilities against claims of medical malpractice, dependent adult abuse, and wrongful death. He has also represented businesses of all sizes, schools, and non-profit organizations against claims of injury, abuse, premises liability, wage and hour violations and employment law at all stages of litigation.
Varouj is admitted to practice before all California state courts; he is admitted to the United States District Court for the Central District of California and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the California State Bar as well as the Armenian Bar Association.
