Gordon & Rees Recognized as Industry Leaders by Chambers USA for 2020

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani has once again been recognized by Chambers USA, a prestigious directory of the country's top law firms. In addition to the firm's practice recognitions, four partners, David CapellCraig HeryfordWilliam Shelleyand Nancy Erfle were recognized among the nation's top lawyers in their respective fields.

Insurance: Insurer (California)

Product Liability & Mass Torts (Nationwide)

Nancy Erfle is an experienced litigator, specifically on the defense of pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers, automotive manufacturers, agricultural chemical manufacturers, aviation manufacturers, as well as companies involved in commercial disputes. She is especially well known for her work in toxic torts such as talc litigation. "She has led a series of trials in difficult places, and secured victory and massive verdicts," states a market commentator.
