Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani continues its 2026 growth with the addition of lateral partners Joseph Fiorello and Sean Medina to its Cleveland office. Their combined experience further strengthens the firm’s capabilities in Ohio and across the country.

Joseph Fiorello is a litigator with more than 10 years of experience handling matters in a variety of practice areas. Fiorello has represented private trucking companies, excess insurance carriers, and truck owners in matters involving catastrophic trucking accidents and regulatory compliance. He has tried multiple trucking matters in jurisdictions across the country and has first-chair trial experience throughout Ohio. He is admitted to practice in Ohio and the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio.
Sean Medina brings nearly 20 years of experience representing clients in both litigation and dispute resolution. He has represented a broad range of clients, including health insurers, major hospital systems, a leading steel producer, a Fortune 500 title insurance company, and family-owned businesses. He is admitted to practice in Ohio, the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
