Merton E. Marks is Of Counsel in the Phoenix office of GRSM and his practice is focused on arbitration and litigation in the following areas:

Securities

  • Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) arbitrations involving brokers, registered representatives, customer claims, expungement of prior actions
  • Former Assistant Attorney General of Arizona, Securities Division

Hospitality Industry
