Merton E. Marks is Of Counsel in the Phoenix office of GRSM and his practice is focused on arbitration and litigation in the following areas:
Experience
Several hundred State and Federal jury and bench trials and appeals, military trials, regulatory hearings, administrative hearings; arbitrations and mediations as counsel and neutral including Zoom and Skype proceedings.
