Roger Frederickson is a partner in the San Diego office of GRSM. A proven trial attorney with more than 25 years of litigation experience in state and federal courts, Mr. Frederickson is a seasoned advocate willing to work with clients every step of the way to achieve their goals.
Having tried more than fifty jury and courtroom trials, Mr. Frederickson’s counsel provides clients with insightful perspective practical to their own needs. His experience representing clients across California includes a wide range of disputes from real property, construction, and insurance to business, bankruptcy, commercial law, and probate. Mr. Frederickson has regularly handled cases involving claims of breach of contract, fraud, and breach of fiduciary duty.
A graduate of UCLA and the Pepperdine School of Law, Mr. Frederickson is an associate member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, an esteemed organization respected restricted to trial attorneys who try a significant number of jury trials.
Mr. Frederickson also serves as an Officer and Judge Advocate in the United States Army Reserve, where he represents and advises commanders and command teams in administrative and court martial proceedings.
