Gordon & Rees Names Anna Reinert Co-Managing Partner of Denver Office

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani has named Anna Reinert Co-Managing Partner of the firm’s Denver office. She joins Franz Hardy in this leadership role for the office.

Reinert is an employment law partner with extensive experience representing employers in state and federal courts, as well as administrative agencies in Colorado.  She concentrates her practice on litigation and administrative matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation and wrongful termination under Title VII, FMLA, ADA, ADEA, CADA and other federal and state statutes.  She further concentrates on other matters stemming from employment such as malicious prosecution, abuse of process, defamation, negligence, breach of contract and violation of the Colorado Consumer Protection Act. Reinert also routinely represents employers in wage and hour actions brought on behalf of individuals or classes of individuals under the FLSA or Colorado’s Wage Act and related regulations.  In addition, she represents corporate clients on ADA barriers cases.

“We are excited to have Anna as co-managing partner. She adds depth of experience, strong leadership, and important perspective that will help in the continued growth of the office,” said Hardy.  “We also look forward to the continued leadership of John Palmeri and Tom Quinn, who have led the growth of the office over the last 14 years.”

The Denver office of Gordon & Rees continues to grow in both size and breadth of practice, including areas such as professional liability, healthcare, bankruptcy, construction, employment, government, securities, insurance, privacy, catastrophic injuries, mass torts, products liability, and commercial litigation. In addition to litigation, its attorneys represent clients in pre-litigation matters, government investigations, regulatory matters, arbitrations, class action lawsuits, and multidistrict litigation.

Lawyers in the office have collectively tried over one hundred cases to verdict or judgment and have been counsel of record in numerous precedent setting appellate cases. The office is proud of its longstanding working relationships with national clients, including healthcare providers, financial institutions, insurance companies, manufacturers, law firms, and Colorado’s largest utility company.
