Under the leadership of managing partner Ronald A. Giller, the office has grown rapidly, expanding its ranks to provide a wide range of expertise to its clients. The New Jersey office includes several experienced trial attorneys, as well as attorneys with extensive business backgrounds, including the former Vice President of Litigation & Regulatory Affairs for a public franchise company, who was responsible for overseeing a large number of litigation and regulatory issues, as well as compliance with state and federal franchise disclosure requirements. Lawyers in the New Jersey office have served as law clerks and judicial interns in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Civil and Criminal Divisions; the U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey; the Colorado Court of Appeals; the Denver District Court, Civil and Criminal Divisions, and for the Governor or South Carolina.
